Agreements & Consents

1. Liability Waiver

Acknowledgment of Risk: By signing this agreement, the participant acknowledges that participation in Global Unique Runway Models Academy events, training sessions, and runway shows involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, physical activities, potential for injury, and interactions with others in close proximity.

Waiver of Liability: The participant agrees to release Global Unique Runway Models Academy, its staff, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise as a result of participation, including injury, loss, or other incidents, whether due to negligence or otherwise.

Medical Consent: The participant consents to necessary medical treatment in the event of an emergency during academy activities. They are also responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations.

Insurance Requirement: The participant is responsible for obtaining their own medical or accident insurance, as Global Unique Runway Models Academy does not provide this coverage.

2. Media Release for Promotional Content

Consent to Record: The participant grants permission to Global Unique Runway Models Academy to photograph, film, or otherwise record their image, likeness, voice, and performance during academy activities, training sessions, events, or runway shows.

Usage Rights: The participant agrees that Global Unique Runway Models Academy may use the recorded media for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, advertisements, training materials, and printed materials.

No Compensation: The participant acknowledges that they will receive no financial compensation for the use of their image or likeness in promotional materials.

Duration of Consent: This media release remains valid indefinitely unless revoked in writing, but does not obligate the academy to use any specific images or recordings.

3. Agreement to Behavioral Guidelines

Code of Conduct: The participant agrees to adhere to the code of conduct established by Global Unique Runway Models Academy. This includes treating staff, other participants, and venues with respect, maintaining professional behavior, and following instructions provided by academy staff.

Prohibition of Disruptive Behavior: Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, including bullying, harassment, or substance abuse, is strictly prohibited. Participants who violate these guidelines may face immediate removal from the program.

Dress Code and Presentation: Participants agree to adhere to any dress code or presentation standards provided by the academy, particularly for events, photo shoots, or public appearances.

Consequences for Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to the behavioral guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent expulsion from the academy without refund.
